Here's the pork shoulder...one of my favorite recipes. Even more delicious with apples from the farmers market, and homemade bread.

Why am I blogging?
Jason & I moved into this crazy broken 100-year-old house in 2002, and have since spent most of our waking hours devoted to it's repair. I love my cozy home, and I hope to share recipes, before and afters on projects, and show some of the projects I'm working on at the studio. Hope it might inspire someone, or fill a belly.
